Currently based in Charleston, South Carolina, Christine received her MFA from the University of Georgia, and her creative practice spans both visual art and writing fiction. On her best days, the two are intertwined. All art is storytelling.

Christine has taught at Redux Contemporary Art Center, the University of Georgia, and the College of Charleston. She has also privately taught PreK-12 art.

When not writing or preparing for an exhibition, Christine is baking sourdough, homeschooling her kids, and running long distances at very unimpressive speeds.

• Cater Waiter (no really, it was kinda bangin’)

While she admits there are certain benefits to social media, Christine has strong (science-backed!) feelings about its detrimental effects on the mental health of creatives. She apologizes in advance for her spotty presence on these platforms.
